Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Another Option. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to countries within the European Union and Norway.

Order Processing

Processing times depend on the type of product ordered.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are produced after the order is placed.
Estimated production time is 4 weeks.

Once production is completed, orders will be shipped within 1–3 business days.

In-Stock Items

For items that are already available in stock, orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted delivery services depending on the destination:

  • InPost – Poland

  • DPD – other destinations

  • DHL – other destinations

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges have been established and may be updated if necessary.

We offer free shipping on orders over €150.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is lost during shipping, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

After reviewing the situation, we will either:

  • send a replacement item, or

  • issue a refund
