Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Returns

Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unworn and unused

  • have all original tags attached

  • be returned in its original condition

Returns are accepted for orders delivered within the European Union.

Pre-Orders

Items purchased through pre-order cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

However, once the item has been delivered, customers may request a return within the 14-day return period according to this policy.

Return Shipping

The store covers the cost of return shipping.

Instructions for returning the item will be provided after the return request is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once the item is returned and inspected, we will either:

  • issue a full refund, or

  • send a replacement item

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased on sale or with a discount are non-returnable.
